Account Hold & Refund Requests

Memberships can be cancelled after first 30 days with no penalty. Cancellations within the first 30 days will incur a 25% penalty of the first months remaining fees for administration and scheduling expenses.

Refund Overview:

• Refunds will be processed 48 hours from request. (2 Business Days)
• Any used IT hours for refunded period will be billed at $100 per hour.
• Refund requests related to Illness or Emergency may qualify for a no penalty exception.
• To initiate the refund process please submit a written request to the security office.
• Refunds will be mailed in check form to the mailing address provided during application.
